电视胸腔镜在早期胸部钝性伤中的应用 被引量：7

摘要 目的探讨电视胸腔镜在早期胸部钝性伤中的应用价值。方法回顾分析我院63例早期胸部钝性伤患者应用胸腔镜治疗的临床资料,其中胸腔镜探查+肋骨固定+肺修补20例,胸腔镜探查+肺修补+胸腔止血18例,胸腔镜探查+肋骨固定17例。结果痊愈61例,死亡2例。死亡率为1.2%。死亡原因为重度感染并肾功能衰竭1例,合并颅脑出血1例。结论胸部创伤患者早期应用电视胸腔镜探查具有确诊早、创伤小、恢复快的特点,有利于胸部创伤早期诊断治疗。
