摘要
目的探讨综合疗法治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的疗效。方法 2008年9月至2011年5月收治82例膝关节骨性关节炎患者,采用注射透明质酸钠关节腔内注射,2%利多卡因注射液5ml、曲安奈德注射液20mg痛点阻滞,密集型银质针肌肉导热法和膝关节功能锻练等,观察患者膝关节疼痛、功能恢复情况。结果 82例患者均完成随访,随访时间8～26个月。治愈31例,占37.8%;显效27例,占32.9%;有效21例,占25.6%;无效3例,占3.7%;总有效率为96.8%(58/82)。结论关节腔内注射、痛点阻滞、密集型银质针肌肉导热法和膝关节功能锻练联合治疗膝关节骨性关节炎,疗效好,值得临床推广。
Objective To evaluate the effect of combination therapy in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis. Methods Eighty-two patients of knee osteoarthritis from Sep 2008 to May 2011 were treated with intra-articular injection of Sodium Hyaluronate, pain-point block by 2% Lidocaine 5 ml and Triamcinolone 20 mg, and thermal conductivity of silver needle muscle-intensive method, as well as knee exercise. Results All the patients were followed up for 8～26 months. Thirty-one of the patients were cured （37.8%）, and 27 were markedly improved （32.9%）, with 21 effectively improved and 3 unimproved （3.7%）. The total effective rate was 96.8% （58/82）. Conclusion The combination therapy is quite effective in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis.
