摘要
为了解接种猪圆环病毒2型(PCV-2)疫苗对母猪繁殖性能及其仔猪母源抗体水平的影响,通过对合肥某猪场640头母猪的PCV-2疫苗免疫,统计其免疫前与免疫后各1年的繁殖性能数据,并分析其繁殖性能的差异,同时采用ELISA和PCR方法检测4头免疫母猪所产仔猪不同日龄血清中PCV-2抗体及其核酸。母猪PCV-2疫苗免疫后与免疫前的繁殖性能进行比较显示,窝产仔数和窝产活仔数分别增加0.36头和0.43头,差异极显著(P<0.01);窝产弱仔数减少0.11头,差异显著(P<0.05);仔猪吮初乳后10日龄时抗体水平高于其他检测日龄,至30日龄时迅速下降,之后随着日龄增长母源抗体逐渐下降,各组试验仔猪均未检测到PCV-2核酸。表明母猪接种PCV-2疫苗能显著提高母猪的繁殖性能,并能降低所产仔猪的PCV-2感染,仔猪20日龄左右首免PCV-2疫苗最佳。
To investigate the effects of porcine circovirus type 2(PCV-2) vaccine on the reproductive performance of sows vaccinated and maternal antibody level of their piglets against porcine circovirus,640 sows from a pig farm in Hefei were vaccinated with PCV-2 vaccine,the reproductive performance of the sows were tested before vaccination and for one year after vaccination.And the maternal antibody level of piglets against PCV-2 from four of 640 vaccinated sows were tested by ELISA,and PCV-2 nucleic acid in the piglets was detected by PCR at the different day-old of ages.The results showed that the litter size and alive litter size of vaccinated sows increased significantly by 0.36 and 0.43,respectively than that before vaccination(P0.01),and the number of weak piglets per sow decreased significantly by 0.11(P0.05).The antibody level against porcine circovirus in piglets after sucking colostrum at birth reached its peak at 10 days age,and then rapidly decreased until 30 days age,and decreased gradually after 30 days age.No PCV-2 nucleic acid in piglets was detected.It can be concluded that PCV-2 vaccine could improve reproductive performance of sows significantly,and reduce the risk of PCV-2 infection in piglets.It was suggested that piglets should be vaccinated with PCV-2 vaccine first time at 20 day age.
