摘要
目的:建立不同程度家兔脂肪肝模型,利用彩色多普勒来观测其血流动力学改变,并进一步通过病理认证,以此来探讨血流动力学改变与脂肪肝程度的关系。方法:选用32只新西兰家兔,随机分为对照组(n=8)和模型组(3个组,每组n=8),采用高脂高糖饲料建立不同程度脂肪肝模型,分别于4、6、8周行彩色多普勒超声检测和病理检查。结果:随着脂肪肝病变的发展,门静脉内径逐渐增宽,血流速度逐渐减慢;肝静脉内径逐渐变窄,血流速度逐渐减慢;肝动脉管径逐渐增宽,峰速逐渐减慢,阻力指数逐渐减低,加速时间逐渐延长。结论:肝脏血流动力学变化对脂肪肝有较好的诊断价值。
Objective:To determine the relationship between hemodynamic change of liver bloodstream and severity of fatty liver by establishing various models of fatty liver with different degrees in rabbits, then measuring the hemodynamic variation of fatty liver by color Doppler ultrasonograpyh,and finally making further pathological evaluation.Methods:Thirty-two healthy rabbits were randomly divided into normal control(n=8)and three experimental groups(n=24).Hepatic steatosis models were established by giving high fat,high sugar diet.Ultrasound and pathological evaluation were detected respectively after 4,6 and 8 weeks.Results:Along with the worsening of fat liver,the portal vein widened and blood flow slowed down;the hepatic vein became narrowed and blood flow slowed down; the hepatic artery widened,the peak systolic velocity(PSV)slowed down,the resistance index(RI) decreased,the acceleration time(AT)elongated.Conclusion:The change of hemodynamic of liver can serve as a reliable technique for diagnosing fatty liver disease in clinical.
