摘要
大学生健全人格的培养是高校教育的一项紧迫的任务。本文通过对人格的界定,探讨了健全人格的内涵和特征,在对当代大学生的人格现状进行了考察的基础上,认为在当前的家庭教育、学校教育、社会环境等方面都存在着导致当代大学生人格缺陷的原因。当代大学生健全人格的培养可以从社会主义核心价值观、教师的人格魅力、儒家"修身为本"的思想、家庭教育方式、文化氛围等方面着手。
The cultivation of students＇ healthy personality of college education is an urgent task.The paper definite the personality,discussing the connotation of healthy personality and characteristics,based on the investigation of contemporary college student＇s current situation.There are so many reasons that current family education,school education;social environment influenced the personality defect of contemporary college students.The personality of the contemporary college students can be cultivated from the socialist core values;the personality charm of teachers;the Confucian ＂moral＂ as the idea,way of family education,culture atmospheres respectively.
