两台不同年代产野战医用诊断X线车的放射防护检测与评价 被引量:3

Measurement and Evaluation of Radiological Protection for Two Field Battle Medical Diagnostic X-ray Vehicles from Different Generations

摘要 目的了解不同年代产野战医用诊断X线车的性能特点,为合理应用及采取防护措施提供依据。方法对2003、2011年产两台野战医用诊断X线车的设备性能、工作场所与环境辐射水平进行检测分析。结果两台医用诊断X线车的射线装备性能均符合有关国家标准。2003年产X线车工作场所和环境辐射水平均较高,距离车前侧30 cm的位置空气比释动能率为16.3μGy/h,距离车侧10 m的最大空气比释动能率为2.5μGy/h。2011年产X线车工作场所与周围环境未检出辐射泄露。结论应根据不同年代产野战医用诊断X线车放射防护检测结果采取针对性防护措施,以保护放射工作人员和周围公众的健康和安全。 Objective To learn performance characteristics of field battle medical diagnostic X-ray vehicles from different generations in order to provide evidence for reasonable application and protective measures. Methods Equipment performance, place and environmental radiation level of the two field battle medical diagnostic X-ray vehicles from different generations (in 2003, 2011 ) were detected and analyzed. Results Equipment performance of the two field battle medical diagnostic X-ray vehicles were accord with national standards. The workplace and surrounding environmental radiation level of the X-ray vehicle produced in 2003 was higher than the other one. The air kerma rate 30 cm ahead of the vehicle was 16.3μGy/h, and the max air kerma rate 10 m away from the side of the vehicle was 2.5 μGy/h. There was no radiation leak tested in the workplace and surrounding environment of the X-ray vehicle produced in 2011. Con- clusion In order to protect health and safety of radiation staff and the public different protective measures should be taken according to the different radiation protection measurement results of the X-ray vehicles.
