摘要
通过在刚升格的高职院校中,建设具有"职业特色"的校园文化,让学生在走进职业岗位前就熟悉企业的文化和管理,具备其行业应有的职业素质。以调查问卷形式了解高职护理专业学生在新生入学时、上岗实习前的思想政治状况、心理状态、对所学专业的认识,以及在职业素质、职业能力方面的自我评价,并作比较分析。高职护理专业学生实习前的思想政治状况、心理状态、对所学专业的认识,以及在职业素质、职业能力方面的自我评价,分别与入学时比较,差异均显著(P<0.01)。创新职业特色的校园文化建设对高职院校学生职业素质养成教育有很大的影响。
In the just-upgraded high vocational college, through the construction of the professional characteristics of campus culture, we let our students get familiar with enterprise management and be equipped with professional quality they should have in their industry before they come into professional iobs. We investigate in questionnaires vocational nursing students＇ ideological and political situation, psychological statement as well as understanding of the major, their self-evaluation on professional quality and ability when in new admission and before practice. Finally, We make comparative analysis according to the results. Compared with new admission, high vocational nursing students＇ understanding are improved significantly when to practice. Conclusion： Innovative professional characteristics of campus culture construction has a great impact on vocational students＇ quality development education.
