摘要
分析了汽车门板塑料骨架与皮料的复合工艺,介绍了汽车门板真空复合模结构、设计要点与模具工作过程,对塑料骨架凸起处的遮挡装置进行了重点分析。模具经试模后投入批量生产,运行状况良好,降低了废品率,提高了生产效率,提升了汽车门板的外观品质。
The process of compositing plastic frame of automobile door panel and facing ma- terial was analyzed. The structure of vacuum composite die as well as design feature and working process were presented, and then the shielding device in the embossment of plas- tic frame were analyzed emphasisly. The composite die was put into mass production after the die tryout. The defective rate was reduced while the productivity was increased and the appearance quality was improved .
