摘要
深入研究我国网络民意表达理论与实践发展的进程会发现,在我国网络民意表达上存在着表达主体多元化、表达内容"原生态"、表达平台"零负担"、表达结果具有"冲击效应"等特点。未来我国网络民意表达有以下几大趋势:网络民意表达的主体范围继续扩大,网络民意表达行为日趋理性,与社会管理互动作用更为明显,与传统媒体的融合更为紧密。由此会进一步推动我国民主政治的进步。
Within-depth study on the theories and practice development of network public opinion expression,we find that China＇s network public opinion expression has characteristics of diverse subjects,original content,＂zero cost＂,＂shock effect＂,ect.And it will also have several trends：the expanded subject range,the more rational expression behavior,the more apparent interaction with social management,the closer integration with traditional media and to promote China＇s democratic political progress.
