摘要
分别从化学成分、显微组织及力学性能三个方面介绍了X120管线钢的标准规范,综述了近年来X120管线钢在生产工艺、力学性能及焊接方面的研究现状,讨论了X120管线钢目前在生产和实际应用中所存在的问题,证明了X120管线钢在未来天然气输送中具有广阔的发展前景,并强调了高性能X120高级管线钢在管道运输中的重要性。
The standards of X120 pipeline steel were introduced, respectively, from chemical composition, microstructure and mechanical properties. The research status of current conditions of X120 pipeline steel were described in production process, mechanical properties and welding aspects. The problems of X120 pipeline steel were discussed in production and application, which can testify that X120 ultra-high strength pipeline steel has a broad development prospects to natural gas in the future. The high performance of the steel plays an importance role in the pineline transpoartation.
