摘要
变异干髓术是用于治疗乳牙慢性尖周炎的一种方法 ,现用于治疗恒牙牙髓部分坏死或全部坏死并伴有慢性尖周炎 ,可以使一些恒牙不作根管治疗且操作简易 10 50例观察时间为 0 5～ 5年 ,成功 86 7例占 82 5% ,失败 183例占 17 5%
The treatment of the variable mummification of pulp is a method used to cure the chronic periapical perioclontitis of milk tooth and better clinical curative effects haev been obtained. In the meantime we use it to cure part or whole of the pulp necrosis of permanent tooth and the chronic periapical perioclontitis and the same curative effect has been made. In this way, the endodontics of some permanent teeth may not be performed, morever, the operation is simple and easy. The observation time is 0.5～5 years, 867 successful cases make up of 82.5%, 183 failing cases 17.5%.
