摘要
实验通过球磨α Fe和脲的混合粉末 ,制得α′ Fe(N)超细粉末 ,N原子含量为8 8at% ,饱和磁化强度σs 为 2 4 2 7emu/g 样品经 16 0℃真空退火 4小时 ,α′ Fe(N)相部分转变为α″ Fe1 6N1 2 相 ,此时样品的饱和磁化强度σs 提高到 2 52 0emu/g ,样品中α″ Fe1 6N2 相含量约 2 1wt% ,其σs为 2 87 3emu/g 热分析表明 ,在 150℃~ 2 0 0℃ ,α′ Fe(N)相转变为α″ Fe1 6N2
In this paper, ultrafine α′ Fe(N) powder was prepared by ball mill method for 13h between α Fe and urea N content in the α′ Fe(N) phase was 8.8at% The saturation magnetic moment density σ s was 242.7emu/g. The powder samples were heated at temperatures of 160℃ for 4h in vacuum.The α′ Fe(N) phase partially transformed to α″ Fe 16 N 2 phase.Then σ s of the powder samples reached 252.0emu/g The sample was estimated to contain 21% α″ Fe 16 N 2 phase which its σ s reached 287.3emu/g.Thermal analysis experiments showed that α′ phase convert the α″ phase at 150℃~200℃
