摘要 依据GB/T 17657-1999《人造板及饰面人造板理化性能试验方法》,检测人造板吸水厚度膨胀率(TS),探讨浸泡时间、水温和恒温恒湿处理条件对人造板TS的影响。结果表明:浸泡时间、水温和恒温恒湿处理条件,均对人造板TS有一定的影响,因此,在检测时,必须严格控制检测条件;同时对标准的相关条款如浸泡时间提出修订建议。 Thickness swelling (TS) due to water absorption is an important quality index of wood- based panel products. According to Chinese National Standard GB/T 17657-1999, TS is tested by immersing samples in (20±2)℃ water after being equilibrated at (20±2) ℃ and (65±5)% RH. The author conducted an experiment to investigate the effects of soaking time, water temperature, and the temperature and humidity of conditioning treatments on TS performance of particleboard (PB) and medium density fiberboard (MDF) samples. It was found that TS values of both PB and MDF samples increased with increasing water temperature, soaking time, and conditioning temperature and humidity.
