摘要
白车身的焊接质量和工艺要求直接影响整个车身的制造质量和生产效率。以某白车身的后侧围为研究对象,根据人机工程原理对该侧围的焊装工艺进行了系统分析,运用CATIA软件对其夹具零件进行了设计并装配成整体工装平台,然后导入工艺仿真软件DELMIA中进行了焊接运行过程的计算机仿真模拟,仿真结果可进行焊枪的手动干涉检查,证明所设计的工装夹具满足焊接要求,对所有焊接点可进行有效焊接。这将为白车身其它部分的焊装提供借鉴。
Welding quality of Body-in-white and technological requirements directly affect the whole body manufacturing quality and production efficiency.Here,taking the back side baffle of a white body as the research object,according to the principle of man-machine project the welding process is analyzed,and fixture parts are assembled into the design and whole tooling platform with CATIA.Then the modelings are imported with DELMIA software for the welding operation process of computer simulation.The results can be manually interfered and show the fixture designed meeting the welding requirements.All welding points can be effective welding.This will be significant for other parts of the body in white welding assembling.
