摘要
工时定额的确定为企业制定生产计划、计算生产的平衡率和测定生产能力提供科学依据。针对当前粗放型的中小企业存在生产计划相对滞后,工时定额的精度不够,以致不能准确地指导生产的现状,提出了秒表法制定工时定额的方法。根据企业的实际情况,合理地选择工时计算参数,从而计算了产品的工时定额。通过企业的现场验证该方法是有效的,这也有助于提高了企业的管理水平。
Man-hour quota provides scientific basis for enterprise to make production planning,and calculate producing balance rate and measuring producing performance.As for production plan lag of rough labor-intensive industries,inaccuracy of man-hour quota,which doesn＇t guide production,the method proposes man-hour quota which is calculated by stopwatch.According to condition of enterprise,parameters are chosen correctly.Such method can efficiently and accurately estimates the man-hour,which can help enterprise to improve management level.
