脱脂除臭蚕蛹对肉鸡生长性能及肉质的影响

摘要 将蚕蛹脱油脂除臭后添加到饲料中替代鱼粉,研究其对肉鸡的饲养效果以及考察其对肉鸡品质的影响。结果表明,饲料中添加3%的脱脂除臭蚕蛹对三黄肉鸡的生产促进作用最好。饲喂脱脂除臭蚕蛹,各试验组与对照组比较,屠宰率、半净膛率、全净膛率、腹脂率、心脏率、胸肌率、腿肌率差异不显著,对肉鸡的肌肉水分含量、粗蛋白质含量、粗脂肪含量尤其肌苷酸含量无不良影响,通过对鸡肉感官鉴定也无不良影响。 The defatted and deodorized silkworm chrysalis was used to replace fishmeal in diets of broilers in order to study the effects of the defatted and deodorized silkworm chrysalis on broilers' production performance and meat quality. The experiment results showed that the production performances of Sanhuang boilers fed the diets containing 3% defatted and deodorized silkworm chrysalis were the best. There was no significant difference between test groups and control group in dressing percentage, semi-eviscerated percentage, eviscerated percentage, abdominal fat rate, the relative weights of the heart, chest muscle ratio, leg muscle ratio. It showed no harmful effects on the chicken sensory attributes and boilers' muscular ingredients contents including the moisture, crude protein, crude fat, especially IMP content.
