摘要
对液压综合试验平台系统进行随机误差、系统误差计算,并给出综合误差分析结果.通过对试验平台精度的研究,可知其精度符合设计要求,满足工程机械实验测试所需.在此基础上选取仿真模型的一种稳态情况,对其压力数据进行验证,可知仿真模型能模拟实际系统,仿真结果是可信的.
It is carried out calculations of random and systematic errors of the comprehensive hydraulic test platform system,and the analysis results of comprehensive errors is given.Based on the accuracy research of the test platform,it′s known that its precision fits the design requirement,and also meets the engineering mechanical experiment required for testing.On that basis,a steady state of simulation model is selected,and its pressure data is verified.The results show that simulation model can imitate the real system,and the simulation results are reliable.
