摘要
随着质量管理在供应链管理中发挥着越来越重要的作用,企业需要采取适当的信息构架来解决不断变化的供应链需求。近年来,信息构架对供应链质量管理的影响备受企业界的关注。最新的研究探讨了面向服务的架构(SOA),射频识别(RFID)技术,工作流程管理。文中回顾了目前对于信息构架在供应链质量管理中作用的研究现状和发展趋势,着重介绍一些有可能显著提高供应链质量管理性能的关键技术。
As quality management is assuming more and more important role in the supply chain management,enterprises need to adopt appropriate information architecture to satisfy the ever-changing demands of supply chain.In recent years,the influence of information architecture on the quality of supply chain management has attracted great attention of enterprises.Recent studies explore service-oriented architecture（SOA）,Radio Frequency Identification Devices（RFID）,and work process management.This paper reviews previous research on the role of information architecture in supply chain quality management and development trends.It focuses on introducing certain key technologies that might notably improve the performance of supply chain management.
