摘要
论述了油品蒸发损耗带来的严重危害,分析油品损耗及公用工程消耗产生的原因,针对收、发、储过程中暴露出来的问题,采取适当的降耗措施,科学、合理地解决油品储运过程中的损耗问题,严格控制公用工程消耗。
This paper discusses the serious harm of oil evaporation loss,analyzes the reasons for oil loss and utilities consumption,takes appropriate measures according to the problems exposed in the process of collection,store,transportation to reasonably solve the loss of oil storage and transportation and strictly control the utility consumption.
