摘要
卒中后感染主要包括卒中相关性肺炎和尿路感染，是卒中患者残疾率和病死率增高的主要原因之一，其发生和发展与卒中患者全身各系统的基础状态、卒中部位、梗死体积、严重程度、吞咽困难和失语等因素相关。卒中诱导的免疫抑制在近年来越来越受到关注。
Post-stroke infection mainly includes stroke-associated pneunonia and urinary tract infection. It is one of the major causes of increasing disability and mortality in patients with stroke. Its occurrence and development is associated with the basal state, stroke location, infarct volume, severity, dysphasia, aphasia and other factors of the whole body system in patients with stroke. In recent years, stroke-induced immunosup-pression is receiving increasing attention.
