摘要
目的探讨格列美脲联用金匮肾气丸治疗糖尿病的临床疗效分析。方法选择我院2011年2月~2012年2月2型糖尿病患者60例,将其随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各30例。对照组每日早晨服用格列美脲1 mg,并根据血糖控制情况可适当增加剂量;观察组在对照组基础上给予金匮肾气丸,每次6 g,每日3次,疗程为12周。比较两组疗效。结果观察组和对照组的总有效率分别为96.6%和73.3%,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。对比两组的空腹血糖（FBG）、餐后2 h血糖（2 h PBG）、糖化血红蛋白HbAlc观察组降低效果更显著（P〈0.05）。结论格列美脲与金匮肾气丸联用较单一使用格列美脲对于2型糖尿病具有更佳的治疗效果。
Objective To collect summarize and analyze the clinical effects of Glimepiride and Jingui Shenqi Pill in the treatment of diabetes.Methods 60 patients with type 2 diabetes were selected in our hospital from February 2011 to February 2012,who were randomly divided into observation group and control group.The control group received Glimepiride 1 mg every morning and revised the dose according to blood glucose,the observation group received Jingui Shenqi Pill（6 g,tid.） 12 weeks of a course.The clinical effects were compared between the two groups.Results The effective rate of observation group and control group were 96.6% and 73.3% with statistically significance（P 〈0.05）.while the level of FBG,2 h PBG,HbAlc were reduced obviously in the observation group（P 〈0.05）.Conclusion The treatment of type 2 diabetes with Glimepiride combined with Jingui Shenqi Pill has better effect than the single Glimepiride in the our study.
