摘要
财产性收入是出让财产使用权所获得的利息、租金、专利收入等,它的形成与人均总收入有内在的联系;反过来,它的增加相应地就使人均总收入增加。本文通过对我国城镇居民财产性收入与人均总收入进行格兰杰因果关系分析,以及对它们的相互作用力进行分析,进一步实证这种关系。
Property income is to sell the right of a property using to gain interest,rent,patent income,etc..Its formation is intrinsically linked to the average gross total income.In turn,its increasing itself belongs to the average gross income increasing.This paper further analyzes this relationship between Chinese urban residents＇ property income and their average gross income by using Granger causality analysis and their interaction.
