摘要
图书馆联盟是图书馆之间资源共享的重要组织形式。为了促进我国图书馆联盟的发展,本文对图书馆联盟的组建与运作进行了理论探讨,提出了组建图书馆联盟应遵循的原则、合作图书馆的选择标准,讨论了图书馆联盟的运作模式与组织构成,分析了组建图书馆联盟应注意的问题。
Library alliance is an important organizational form for libraries to share resources with each other.In order to promote the development of library consortium in our country,the library alliance establishment and operation are discussed theoretically in this paper.The principles to be followed in establishing library alliances and the selection criteria of cooperative libraries are put forward.The operation mode and organizational structure of library alliance are discussed.The problems in establishing library alliance are analyzed.
