摘要
为研究瑜伽组合对民族大学女生身体影响,将57名女学生分成实验组和对照组,对实验组进行15周瑜伽组合训练,运用体质指标对训练前后进行测试,得出的数据在组间和组内比较,结果:实验前后试验组的体重、活量、柔韧性素质有非常显著性差异P<0.01,部分身体指标有显著性差异P<0.05。结论:瑜伽组合有助于改善身体形态,增大肺活量提高柔韧性素质。
The 57 female college students were divided into the experimental group and the control group to see how the yoga combination practice influenced on their constitutions. A 15 weeks' yoga combination training was provided and physical fitness indices tests were conducted before and after the drill. Data were compared between the groups and within the groups. Results : Intra group comparisons showed strikingly significant difference ( P 〈 0, 01 ) in the weight, vital capacity and flexibility and significant difference in some of the body indicators (P 〈 0. 05) between pre and post training. Conclusion: yoga combination practice helped to transfigure body shape, enhance vital capacity and promote flexibility.
