摘要
帕金森病是一种老年人常见的神经退行性疾病,其确切的发病机制目前仍不完全清楚。帕金森病人的脑组织中可见泛素蛋白酶体系统改变,通过蛋白酶体抑制剂可诱导动物模型的帕命森样表现。更为重要的是,在家族性帕金森病中发现的一些致病基因与泛素蛋白酶体系统密切相关,如:“突触核蛋白、Parkin、泛素羧基水解酶L1、DJ-1基因等,它们提供为深刻认识泛素蛋白酶体系统在帕金森病的致病机制提供了有效的途径。
Parkinson's disease is a very common neurodegerative disease in the elderly people. Its exact pathogenesis is still un- clear. There are some changes of the ubiquitin proteasome system in the brain of the patients with Parkinson' s Disease. Proteasome inhibitor can induce Parkinson - like traits in animal model. Disease - causing genes found in Parkinson' s disease families are close- ly related with the ubiquitin proteasome system, such as α - synuclein, Parkin, UCH - L1, DJ - 1 and so on. They provide effec- tive ways for studying the pathogenic mechanism of the ubiquitin - proteasome in Parkinson's disease.
