摘要
顺槽煤柱的稳定性是决定回采巷道稳定的关键,是保证相邻两工作面顺利回采的隔离体。顺槽煤柱的尺寸留设是影响煤柱稳定的决定性因素。本文采用理论分析和数值模拟方法,分析长壁工作面顺槽煤柱合理留设宽度,以保证煤柱的稳定性。研究结果表明:间隔煤柱在工作面回采之前,承受上覆岩层均布载荷,能够保持自稳状态;工作面回采后,间隔煤柱受到开采的扰动和关键块体回转的影响,形成侧向支承压力,使煤柱边缘出现应力集中现象,依次出现压裂松动区、塑性破坏区、弹性核区。煤柱稳定的基本条件是其内部存有一定宽度的弹性核,同时也是煤柱合理留设的判定依据。
The stability of gateway coal pillar is the key to determine extraction roadway stability, is isolation body to guarantee smooth extraction in adjacent two mining faces. The size of the gateway coal pillar is the decisive factor of influence coal pillar stability. Based on the theoretical analysis and numerical simulation method, this paper analyzes the reasonable width of the gateway coal pillar in long - wall mining face, in order to ensure the stability of coal pillar. The study results show that before mining interval coal pillar in the face, bear on uniform load of the over- lying strata, can maintain the steady state. After mining in the face, thd interval coal pillar is affected by mining dis- turbance and key blocks rotary, forms the lateral abutment pressure, makes the pillar edge appear stress concentration phenomenon, appeared in order fracturing loose area, the plastic damage area and elastic nuclear area. The basic condition of coal pillar stability is its internal has a certain width elastic nuclear, at the same time is also criterion of setting up reasonable coal pillar.
