摘要
高校院(系)基层党建工作是各高校工作中的重要组成部分,其建设的好坏直接关系到整个学校的发展和教职工、学生的命运。当前我国各高校基层党建工作还存在一些不足,将新兴媒体引入到当前的高校党建工作中能很好地促进其创新性的发展。因此,在简单论述了当前我国高校各院(系)基层党组织建设中存在的问题与不足的前提下,着重论述基于新媒体背景,从平台、队伍、阵地、制度等方面提出高校院(系)基层党组织创新性建设的对策。
Grassroots party building in universities is an important part of university.The construction is directly related to the whole development of the school and the fate of the faculty and students.There are still some shortcomings in the building of our university faculties Grassroots party.Only by the introduction of new media to the Party building in universities,can we promote our innovative development.Therefore,the paper briefly discusses the problems and deficiencies of grass-roots party organizations in departments of the university.Further it focuses on the background of the new media,from the platform,ranks,position,and system.Finally the author proposes innovative construction countermeasures to universities of grass-roots party organizations.
