以LM6000燃气轮机的分布式能源电站为基础,介绍了上海华电莘庄分布式能源电站的基本情况,论述了人力资源管理优化的目的,分析了分布式能源电站用工的基本方式,提出了人力资源管理优化的具体措施。
The basic state of Shanghai Huadian Xinzhuang Distributed Energy Power Station was introduced based on the gas turbine LM6000.The purpose of the optimization of human resource management was expounded.The basic employment mode of distributed energy power station was analyzed.The concrete measures for optimization of human resource management were put forward.
