摘要
本文用有限差分的方法分析了磁粉离合器在各种不同工况下的温度场分布 ,并设计了相应的计算程序。通过大量的实验和分析 ,验证了计算方法的正确性。该分析方法为磁粉离合器的设计、选择和使用提供了依据 ,为磁粉离合器的使用推广解决了一个关键性的技术难题。
In this paper,analyzed MPCs(Magnetic Particle Clutch)distribution of temperature field at every different work condition by finite difference method.In also has designed corresponding program for calculation,which has been test and verified correctly by many theoretical analysis and experiments.Based on this putting forward a method and calculating for defining MPCs sliding power at any condition,especially at unstable state performance.It apply a foundation for designing,selecting and using MPC.It solved a key problem of MPCs extending use.
