摘要
目前注塑产品开发趋于多样化 ,许多注塑产品的设计来源于既有的实物。本文提出了基于 RE/ CAD/CAE集成的协同制造系统 ,通过反向工程技术获取数据 ,CAD用于实体造型 ,通过 CAE软件进行的塑件和注塑模分析。集成系统可以缩短产品的开发周期 ,降低设计成本 。
The methods of developing present injection products are various,and many of them are designed from products which are existent.In this paper,a collaborative manufacturing system is put forward based on the integration of RE/CAD/CAE.Reverse engineering technique is used to get the data of existed product,CAD is adopted to model the product and injection mold,and CAE software is applied to analyze the models.This collaborative system can shorten the period of development,reduce the design cost,and thus raise the competing advantage of the enterprise in the market.
