摘要
介绍脉冲电化学机械光整加工工艺的特点和光整加工原理；通过实验验证了这种工艺有着高效、高表面质量的优点；并对目前存在的问题及发展前景进行了探讨。
The characters and machining principle of the pulse electrochemical mechanical finish machining (PECMFM) technology is presented. The experiments have showed that this technology results in higher efficiency and beter surface roughness. A discussion about the existing problems and development prospects of PECMFM is made in this paper.
