摘要
工人阶级是社会主义改造中利益攸关的一个重要群体,研究其心态对我们理解社会主义改造具有重要的意义。文章以广州的档案资料为研究基础,系统深入地揭示了社会主义改造中工人阶级的复杂心态,并探讨了影响工人心态变化的主导因素,认为国家对工人阶级意识的建构与塑造是工人思想意识发生巨变的关键因素,而阶级地位的优越感与现实利益的得失是影响工人心态的主要变量。
The working class is an important group of stakeholders in the socialist transformation, and studying its mentality has important significance in understanding socialist transformation. This paper, based on the archives of Guangzhou, further reveals the complex mentality of working class in the socialist transformation and explores the dominant factors that have affected the workers＇ mentality workers＇ class consciousness by the state is the key factor change. It argues that the construction and shaping of the that has made the workers＇ ideology change dramatically. The superiority of class status and the real interests of the gains or losses are the main variables affecting the workers＇ state of mind.
