摘要
基于正交试验,以陶瓷再生粗砂、特细砂、普通水泥和粉煤灰制备再生砂浆,研究了陶瓷再生粗砂取代率、水胶比和粉煤灰取代率对砂浆抗折强度的影响,通过极差和方差分析得出了各因素的影响主次顺序和优选方案,并进行了机理分析。
The recycled mortar is prepared from recycled ceramic coarse sand,super-fine sand,ordinary Portland cement and fly ash.Based on the orthogonal experiment,the effects of the recycled aggregate replacement ratio,the waterbinder ratio and the fly ash replacement ratio on the flexural strength of the mortar are investigated.The sequences of factors and the optimum design are obtained by means of range analysis and variance analysis,and the mechanism is analyzed.
