摘要
钼酸铵是冶金化工生产的一种重要的深加工原料。以钼焙砂为原料生产钼酸铵的湿法冶炼工艺比较多,目前应用比较广泛的主要有2种,既经典氨浸法和离子交换法。本文对2种工艺作了利弊分析,研究认为离子交换法所排放的生产污水氨氮含量低,基于环境保护国策,我国今后钼酸铵生产项目的改扩建或新建工程宜采用离子交换工艺。
Ammonium molybdate is an important raw material in further processing of chemical metallurgy industry.There are many kinds of hydrometallurgical techniques for ammonium molybdate producing while taking molybdenum calcine as raw material.The classic ammonia leaching technique and the ion exchange technique are enormously and extensively used in the ammonium molybdate production through hydrometallurgy processing with molybdenum calcine as raw materials.By analyzing the two techniques comparatively,it manifests that,by using the ion exchange technique,the sewage of ammonium molybdate production contains much less elements of nitrogen and ammonia compared to using the ion exchange technique.It is suggested that the ion exchange technique is more reasonable and justified than the classic ammonia leaching technique for the productive promotion and other further development of the ammonium molybdate production industry,especially based on the basic policy about environmental protection of our country.
