E-钙粘蛋白在口腔鳞状细胞癌中的表达及意义 被引量:1

摘要 目的观察E-钙粘蛋白在口腔鳞状细胞癌中的表达。方法运用SP免疫组织化学法进行试验,检测E-钙粘蛋白在口腔鳞状细胞癌中的表达及与口腔鳞状细胞癌组织学分级的关系。结果 E-钙粘蛋白在正常黏膜与口腔鳞癌中的表达差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且其表达均与鳞癌的组织学分级具有相关性(P<0.05)。结论 E-钙粘蛋白的异常表达在口腔鳞状细胞癌的发生发展中起一定作用。
