摘要
随着人们生活水平的提高和生活方式的改变,全球儿童肥胖的发生率不断提高,儿童代谢综合征(MS)亦有此趋势。儿童MS与成人MS相似,发病基础是胰岛素抵抗,常并有肥胖、高血压、血脂异常、高尿酸血症、糖代谢异常及心血管疾病等,极大地影响了儿童的生长发育,也是成人心脑血管及肾脏疾病的前奏。目前已经引起人们的广泛重视,现对儿童MS的流行病学、临床表现及治疗等方面进行综述。
Following the improvement of the living level and changes of life styles,children′s obesity incidence has been increasing globally,and metabolic syndrome（MS）in children is seen in the same trend as well.MS in children is similar to adults,with the disease onset basis of insulin resistance,always coexisting with obesity,hypertension,dyslipidemia,hyperurcemia,glucose intolerance and angiocardiopathy,badly affecting the growth and development of children,which is also prelude of angiocardiopathy,cerebropathy and nephropathy in adults.Now it has drawn widespread attention,and here is to make a review on the epidemiology,clinical features and treatment of MS in children.
