摘要
文章对数控系统中刀具半径补偿的技术进行了理论分析,运用方向矢量完成C机能刀具半径补偿的建立,尤其是针对直线接圆弧的转接形式得出了其刀具补偿路径,并说明了程序轨迹的实现过程。
The paper analyzes the key technology of cutter radius compensation in CNC, Completes the cutter path of cutter radius compensation with C-function using direct vector, introduces the cutter paths aiming at the connection of line with arc, and describes the achievement process of program pathway.
