摘要
在对"因材施教"理论溯源的基础上,阐释该理论对高校人才培养模式改革的意义,并结合新建本科院校的实情,切实提出其实现"因材施教"的多样化途径。
Based on the survey of the theoretical development of aptitude-based teaching, the paper illustrates the significance of this teaching theory in talents training mode reform. In accordance with the education situation in the newly-updated universities, we propose multiple approaches to aptitude-based teaching.
