甲钴胺和叶酸对大鼠高同型半胱氨酸血症的疗效观察

摘要 目的:研究甲钴胺和叶酸对大鼠高同型半胱氨酸血症的治疗作用。方法:Wister大鼠分对照组、模型组和治疗组。模型组给予高蛋氨酸饲料造模,治疗组造模同时给予甲钴胺及叶酸,共4周。应用避暗实验和Morris水迷宫实验观察大鼠学习记忆能力,测定血清同型半胱氨酸、维生素B12和叶酸。结果:模型组血清同型半胱氨酸与对照组相比明显升高(P<0.01),并出现学习记忆障碍。治疗组血清同型半胱氨酸与对照组相比差异无显著性(P>0.05),无学习记忆障碍。结论:甲钴胺和叶酸可以治疗大鼠高同型半胱氨酸血症,并改善大鼠学习记忆能力。 Objective:To evaluate the effect of mecobalamin and folic acid in rats with Hyper- homocysteine. Methods:Wis- ter rats were randomized into control group, model group, treatment group. The model group was given forage with methionine and the treatment group was given forage with methionine and mecobalamin and folic acid. After 4 weeks, step - through test and Morris water maze test to evaluate the ability on learning and memory in rats, plasma Hcy and folate, vitaminB12 levels were studied all rats. Re- stilts: The model group developed hyper- homocysteine and decreased learning and memory significantly( P 〈 0.01 ). The treatment group had normal homocysteine and learning and memory(P 〉 0. 05). Conclusions: Mecobalamin and folic acid are effective in rats with Hyper - homocysteine.
