摘要
"双师型"教师是保证职业教育质量的必要前提,是高职导游专业进行内涵式发展的重要保障,人才培养模式、课程设置、实践教学等专业建设都以"双师型"教师为主体。本文从高职导游专业"双师型"教学团队存在的问题入手,结合国外职教师资培养途径的经验,建立"分层次、阶梯式"团队成员的培养机制,探讨"双师、双栖"型教学团队的管理机制。
"Dual qualified, dual roles" teachers are necessary prerequisite to ensure the quality of vocational education and important guarantee for the connotative development of higher vecational tour guide major, so the professional construction such as training model, curriculum setting, practice teaching should be based on "Dual qualified, dual roles" teaching team. This paper starts with the existing problems of "dual qualified, dual roles" teaching team in higher vocational tour guide major, combines with the experience of foreign vocational teacher training ways and establishes a hierarchical stepwise training mechanism for team members. In conclusion, we investigate into the management mechanism of "dual qualified, dual roles" teaching team.
