摘要
大学生就业市场上出现了用人单位求才难和大学生就业难的两难局面。从理论上分析,大学生就业难往往与大学生就业过程中产生的思想误区导致人职不匹配有关,认为找工作就是找就业信息,发达的"北上广"地区职业发展好,高薪的职业发展前途大。大学生要破解就业难题,就应该做好职业生涯设计,并积极参加社会实践,加强人格修炼,将职业发展目标同社会的发展需求相结合,在奉献社会的过程中实现自我价值。
There exist predicaments to the organization finding the suitable graduate employees and the graduate seeking satisfying jobs on the graduate employment market.By theoretic analysis,it was found that some misunderstandings of the graduates actually brought about employment difficulties,such as seeking job only meaning searching employment information,career developing better in economic developed areas,jobs with high salary bringing brighter future.To overcome employment obstacles,we put forward the claim that graduates should design career life earlier,take part in social practices actively,strengthen personality self-cultivating,and realize self-values in the process of devoting to serving the society based on career development goal in combination with social needs.
