摘要
以现场试验数据为基础 ,采用人工神经网络方法获得高碳钢高速线材力学性能与化学成分和生产工艺参数之间相关性的预测模型。将预报结果与试验结果相比较可知 ,该模型具有较高的精度。
On the basis of testing data obtained at site, the predicting model for relation between process parameter, chemical composition and mechanical property of high speed rolled high carbon steel wire has been got with artificial neural network. Comparing with the experimental results, the predicting model has higher precision.
