摘要
中国人寿研发中心F-05地块(数据中心)工程通廊箱形梁长度为27m,单根重21t,由于受现场条件限制,将钢梁分为6段安装。时值冬期施工,受风、温度影响大。通过合理安排焊接时间、合理安排焊接顺序、搭设防风棚、焊接前预热、增加连接板等措施,确保了分段安装构件的质量。
China Life Center F-05 Block ( Data Center ) project adopts corridor box beam whose total length is 27m and weight of each piece is 21t. Due to limitation of field conditions, the steel beam is divided into 6 parts. The construction is carried out in winter, suffering severe wind and temperature influences. Installation quality of multi-section members are successfully ensured through adoption of various measures, such as reasonable arrangement of welding time and welding sequence, erection of windproof shed, pre-heating before welding and addition of connecting plates, etc.
