摘要
对叶绿体小分子量热激蛋白的研究进行了简要的回顾和总结。详细介绍了植物遇到冷、热胁迫时,叶绿体小分子量热激蛋白对光合系统的保护;初步分析了叶绿体小分子量热激蛋白与植物的耐热性和耐冷性关系及其潜在的作用方式。
This paper summaried the research on chloroplast-localized small heat shock proteins. Chloroplast-localized small heat shock proteins efficiently protect the PSⅡ during the chilling and heat stress. In this paper, the relation between heat or chilling tolerance and these proteins was discussed. Also, their chaperone function was analyzed.
