摘要
在高等院校图书馆,职称评聘工作是一项比较难做的工作,在评聘过程中,需要参考很多指标且各个指标具有不确定性。基于山东大学图书馆职称评聘管理办法,将模糊综合评价法应用于职称评聘工作,将其定量化,并且尽量减少人为因素的干扰,使职称评聘工作更公平。
ABSTRACT: In the libraries of colleges or universities, professional titles appraisal is one of the process of professional titles appraisal, many indicators having uncertainty are in need the more difficuh works. In of reference. Bases on the management method adopted by the library of Shandong University in library of Shandong University professional titles appraisal,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation was applied in professional titles appraisal for making it quantitative, minimizing human interference, and making it fairer.
