摘要
为降低发动机缸盖铸造生产的气孔废品率,对生产中产生的气孔缺陷类型、气体来源等方面进行了分析,并提出了防止浸入性气孔产生的措施。大量实际生产验证表明,这些措施成功解决了缸盖气孔缺陷高的问题,使缸盖铸件的气孔废品率长期稳定在0.6%以内,综合废品率为2.3%,企业获得了良好的经济效益。
In order to reduce the blowhole rejection rate of engine cylinder head casting in production, the types of porosity defect and the gas sources resulting in blowhole defects were analyzed, and some countermeasures were put forward to prevent castings from invasive blowholes. A great deal of actual productive verification show that the blowhole defects in cylinder head is successfully solved. The blowhole rejection rate of cylinder head castings long-term stably is within 0.6%, the comprehensive rejection rate is 2.3%.
