煤基烯烃工艺烃类副产物组分分布及变化规律研究 被引量:3

摘要 采用气相色谱仪对神华宁煤集团煤炭化学分公司50万吨/年的煤基丙烯(MTP)工艺副产的烃类尾油等产品组分分布情况进行了分析,发现其组分与FCC工艺产生的汽油组分差别很大,重点考察了尾油中芳烃和烯烃的分布情况;另外长期跟踪分析了副产物组分变化情况,找出了组分变化规律与与工艺情况之间的关系,即组分分布与催化剂运行周期有关,催化剂运行初期,尾油中芳烃含量高达60%以上并随运行时间的延长呈下降趋势,而催化剂运行约两个周期之后,尾油中各组分含量趋于稳定。 The product components and distribution of Shenhua Ningxia Coal Coal Chemistry Branch 500000 tons/year of coal-based propylene(MTP) process byproduct of the hydrocarbon tail oil were analyzed by gas chromatography,especially the distribution of aromatics and olefins of the hydrocarbons,and found that it had a large difference with the FCC oil of PetroChina,Lanzhou.The components changes were linked to catalyst cycles.When the catalyst was fresh,the aromatics amount was 60% above,but the amount kept dropping along with the catalyst running,and trended to be stable after about two cycles.
