异烟酸-巴比妥酸法测定水中总氰化物 被引量:5

摘要 废水经蒸馏预处理 ,用氢氧化钠为吸收液 ,异烟酸 -巴比妥酸光度法测定水中总氰化物。该方法与吡啶 -巴比妥酸法有良好的可比性 ,确定了显色测定的最佳条件 ,测定波长在598nm ,废水加标回收率92.5 %~102.4 % ,相对标准偏差 (RSD)0.7%。 The detrmination method of cyanide in water by isonicotinic acid-barbituric acid was introduced in this paper,the wastewater was pretreated by distillation and the sodium hydroxide was used as absorbing medium. The optimum condition of specfroscopic measurement were determimed and the measuring wavelength was 598 nm. The standard recovery rate to wastewater is 92.5%to 102.4%and the RSD is 0.7%, which result was satisfactory fied as compared with the pyridine-barbituric acid method.
