摘要
对用 2 7Si Mn钢水平连铸坯轧制钢管时表面出现龟裂的现象进行了轧制试验 ,并作了钢管成分的化学分析 ,结果表明 :钢管表面出现龟裂是由于坯料中锡含量偏高所致。
Experiment rolled 27SiMn pipes with continuous cast billet was done.Face crazing of the pipes was studied.Analysis of chemical constitution of the pipe was done.Results showed that cause of face crazing of 27SiMn pipe had been more Tin in the billets than standard value.
