摘要
目的:建立不同产地中药麦冬1H-NMR指纹图谱,为麦冬及其提取物质量控制提供依据。方法:采用1H-NMR建立不同产地麦冬甲醇提取物的指纹图谱。结果:7个样品的主要化学成分糖、脂肪族、皂苷和高异黄酮的氢信号峰有高度的相似性,但不同麦冬品种、不同产地,1H-NMR指纹图谱有较大的差异,可以此区分。结论:1H-NMR指纹图谱不但可以鉴定不同麦冬品种,还可以区分不同产地的麦冬。
ABSTRACT Objective: To establish the 1H-NMR fingerprints for characterization of the chemical components of root of O. japonicas cultivated in different areas. Methods: 1H-NMR analytical method was applied to detect methyl alcohol extracts of O. japonicas. Results: The 1H-NMR peaks of main chemical components like sugar, aliphatic series and saponin has high similarity in 7 samples, and 1H-NMR spectrum showed there were differences between samples. Conclusion: 1H-NMR fingerprints can provide much more information than other fingerprints to distinguish O. japonicas of different varieties and different cultivating areas.
